Access via the UNSW Medicine Media Room:
The Medicine Media Room (Located in room 237 in the AGSM Building) has a licence available for use. You must complete the orientation to access the room, but once you have access you can book the room to use the different software available for free.
Access via a Windows computer or laptop:
Movie Maker is pre-installed on most computers that are running a windows operating system or is available for free download from Microsoft for all Windows PC HERE. The only costs that might be associated include: microphone, webcam or digital video camera; video capture device; cables. Click HERE for more information on the system requirements.
NOTE: If you're using a UNSW SOE (Standard Operating Environment) computer, and you do not have admin permission then you will need to make a request from UNSW IT to install the software for you. A wide range of free training resources for Movie Maker can be found on Lynda.com, which UNSW Australia has a licence to. You can access Lynda.com HERE using your UNSW zID and password.
